HISTORY

Heronwater has been conducting high quality residential construction in the following capacities for the last 6 years:

• Refurbishments
• Renovation including loft and basement addition
• Construction
• Conservatories and extensions

All of this work has been in London and completed to a high standard. More recently Heronwater has taken on some larger design and build contracts.



KEY PERSONNEL

Rob Rayner
Managing Director. Rob has been involved in London property for the last 30 years and has a wealth of experience. Rob oversees the strategy of the company and deals primarily with new business.

John Knox FRICS
John is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience of repair, refurbishment and renovation of residential property in West and Central London.

Camber Rayner BSc
Company Buyer and Office Manager. Camber has worked for the company since its inception



THE APPROACH

Heronwater currently employs approximately 25 tradesmen and has a good relationship with many sub-contractors. At every phase of works there will be a Heronwater foreman, assistant and labourer on site. The remainder of the workforce will consist of a combination of Heronwater tradesmen and external sub contractors. Heronwater has insurance cover on all of its work and as a secondary safety measure insists that all sub contractors have their own cover as well.
